Renee has worked for Ventures since 1997 and has an established role in supervision of a group working on Parker Hannifin O-rings. It is obvious that Renee takes her job seriously when asked about her responsibilities; she clapped her hands and said, “If I see someone goofing off I tell them to get back to work”! Throughout the years at Ventures in Shell Lake, Renee has learned and refined employable skills such as cleaning and assembly work through Ventures supported employment opportunities in cleaning for the State Patrol as an example, in facility assembly, and volunteering within the community. One of her favorite activities is Special Olympics where she is a rock star at Shot Put and the 100 meter dash.
